Gladys Arroyo is a tenured executive at Sun Times Media. She is responsible for the sales strategy and business development of all Sun-Times classified products. Gladys excels at creating innovative, turnkey media solutions for local retail clients and partners. She started her career as one of the pioneers of HOY, the Chicago Tribune’s first Spanish-language newspaper in Chicago. In addition to managing the advertising strategy and market evaluation for HOY newspaper, Gladys also worked closely with broadcast stations in the market to create unique promotional programs that delivers great value to audiences and clients alike. Gladys is a Chicago native and received her Bachelors Degree from DePaul University.
Terry Boyle is the Vice President of Business Development for Automotive Advertising at Sun-Times Media. With over 36 years of experience working in sales and account management, Terry prides himself on being a strategic advertising consultant to his automotive clients, advising them on the most relevant print and digital advertising solutions. Terry’s proven success record stems from his stated mission of "adapting to change and evolving to become as knowledgable as possible in the ever changing Chicago Media landscape."
Guadalupe has an extensive background in strategy, sales, and digital media (digital services, display, and programmatic). She’s managed award-winning teams and individuals with RedEye, Hoy, Chicago Tribune and Digital Services. For over a decade with the Tribune Media Group, Guadalupe excelled in sales, marketing, and management roles in a number of verticals spanning Targeted Media (helped launch RedEye) Hoy (helped form partnerships), Classified, Regional Retail, Major and National accounts.
Nicki Holtzmann is the Vice President of Business Development for the Chicago Sun-Times, overseeing all regional and local business. Over the past 9 years, Nicki has been involved in sales or management within every facet of the advertising department. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients and specializes in comprehensive program development and increasing ROI. Nicki believes that fostering a collaborative, engaging and results-driven environment is key to developing strong teams focused on building partnerships with clients.
Grace Napolitano is a Business Development Manager for the National/Major Accounts team at the Chicago Sun Times. Grace brings over 15 years of Chicagoland media experience to her role at the Chicago Sun Times. She excels at listening to her clients’ needs and matching their goals to the best Chicago Sun Times core product whether it be Chicago Sun Times, Reader or Digital.
